Chief Officer Appointments Committee - Friday 13 December 2024 12.00 pm
The Chief Officer Appointments Committee of Durham County Council met to discuss the recruitment process for a new Corporate Director of Regeneration, Economy and Growth. It was decided that the recruitment process would commence, using PENNA, an executive recruitment consultancy. The Committee also agreed to permanently move the Head of Transport and Contract Services and the Head of Corporate Property and Land to report to other Corporate Directors.
Area Planning Committee (Central and East) - Tuesday 10 December 2024 9.30 am
The meeting scheduled for 10 December 2024 included three planning applications for the committee to consider. Two of these applications were for major residential developments, and the third was for advertisement consent for a convenience store.
