...the current Scheme of Councillors’ Allowance (2025/26) be adopted from 1 April 2026 without indexation, until 10 May 2026, and that an amended Scheme of Councillors’ Allowances, based on the report of the Independent Remuneration Panel, be agreed to take effect from 11 May 2026.
