Note, this is not additional expenditure, any purchases will be for resale and income generation and no spend will be guaranteed. 2. To seek approval to carry out the appropriate compliant procurement route, as guided by procurement following a round of soft market testing. 3. To seek approval to award the contract for the supplies of goods sold for the plant Nursery, in line with the compliant procurement route.
