The Hounslow Council's Housing and Environment Scrutiny Panel met on 17 September 2025 to discuss land ownership in Hounslow, and to review the panel's terms of reference. Updates were provided on local developments, transport connectivity improvements, and economic inclusion strategies. The forum also addressed concerns raised by residents during the open forum session.

The council approved the updated Statement of Licensing Policy, noted the Scrutiny Annual Report, declared war on waste criminals, supported the free school meal extension, and committed to putting culture at the heart of its growth strategy.
