The Cabinet of Southwark Council decided to approve the acquisition of premises for the Elephant and Castle Health Centre on 16 March 2026. The decision was recorded as Information Only. The council will acquire the premises to shell and core using Strategic CIL, and negotiations for detailed terms and finalising fit-out costs will be subject to a full business case.
