The Hounslow Council Planning Committee convened to discuss several planning applications, including reserved matters for a residential building at Brentford Waterside, and various residential extensions and outbuildings in Acton and Chiswick. Several applications were brought to the committee following call-in requests from Councillor Joanna Biddolph.

The annual meeting of the Borough Council of the London Borough of Hounslow was scheduled to include the election of a new Mayor and the appointment of a Deputy Mayor, as well as the establishment of and appointments to various council bodies and outside organisations.
