The Croydon Council Planning Committee met on 25 September 2025, and voted to refuse permission for a housing development at Hampton, Hawkhirst Road in Kenley, and to approve a development for 211 residential dwellings at Land Rear Of 13 To 73 Stafford Road, Duppas Hill Road in Croydon.

Licensing Sub-Committee - Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 10.30 am

Here is a summary of the agenda for the Licensing Sub-Committee meeting, which was scheduled to take place remotely on 23 September 2025. The meeting was scheduled to discuss applications for premises licences under the Licensing Act 2003 for two locations: 36 Brigstock Road in Thornton Heath, and Addington Palace Golf Club House on Gravel Hill. For each location, the sub-committee was asked to determine whether to grant the application.

Planning Sub-Committee - Thursday, 14th August, 2025 6.30 pm

The Croydon Planning Sub-Committee convened to discuss two planning applications. Councillors resolved to grant permission for the retention of a decking area with added screening at 151 Caterham Drive, and also voted to grant permission for the conversion of a house into a 12-bedroom house in multiple occupation (HMO) at 14 Stafford Road.

Council - Wednesday, 16th July, 2025 6.30 pm

Croydon Council met on 16 July 2025, and among other business, agreed to changes to the council's constitution, and debated petitions relating to plant-based food and local issues. The council also discussed concerns raised by residents in Croydon Question Time.
