The Conservation and Heritage Advisory Committee objected to two applications, recommended approval of one and recommended refusal of another. They objected to proposals to erect banner adverts on Waterfall House, a Grade II listed building in Tooting, and on Wandsworth Town Hall. An application to demolish and rebuild a house at 70, Thurleigh Road was also opposed due to the loss of the existing building and trees, concerns about car parking, and the design of the proposed replacement. An application to extend the Star and Garter on Lower Richmond Road and convert it to residential use was supported.

The Committee objected to applications to build a 10-storey student accommodation block at 2 Armoury Way, a 28-storey mixed-use building at The Glassmill on Battersea Bridge Road, and a mixed-use development on the site of the Former Gasworks on Swandon Way. The Committee supported an application to extend the Northcote Public House, but raised some concerns about the proposed materials that would be used.

The Conservation and Heritage Advisory Committee objected to three planning applications and supported one at their meeting on 10 September 2024. The Committee expressed serious concerns over plans to extend a locally listed house in Northcote, the proposed extension to a house on Bolingbroke Grove and the redevelopment of the Tootingbeck Lodge site. The Committee did not object to plans to extend a house on Nepean Street.

The committee objected to four applications: The Glass Mill, a kiosk outside Clapham Junction Station, the redevelopment of phase 3C of the Battersea Power Station, and the addition of an extra story to Dial House. They did not object to two: the infill development at 6 Summerstown, and the reserved matters for the redevelopment of phase 3C of Battersea Power Station.
