...the Committee noted the 2023/24 General Fund Revenue Budget Monitoring Report - Outturn, approving the underspend of £1.8m to be added to the General Fund balance, draws and contributions to earmarked reserves, the release of £0.7m of earmarked reserves to the General Fund, continued monthly budget monitoring reports, and an amendment to the Flexible Capital Receipts Strategy to include the Adult Social Care transformation programme.
