Adoption of a City Housing Strategy

To adopt a new Housing Strategy for the City. The strategy sets out the priorities for housing in the city across all tenures and how we intend to meet those priorities.

Transfer of the Home Improvement Agency and Telecare from Wolverhampton Homes to the City Council and Review of Discretionary Assistance Grants and Mandatory Grants Guidance

Under the provisions of the Councils Private Sector Housing Assistance Policy, it is proposed to withdraw the discretionary Small Adaptation Grant and Disabled Facility Top-Up Grant.
