...to ensure continuity of service and align with the Council Plan 2025-2030, a new Grounds Maintenance and Street Cleansing contract procurement was approved for an initial term of up to 8 years, with a possible 8-year extension, and authority was delegated to the Strategic Director to conduct the procurement and award the contract within existing budgets, with flexibility to adjust the contract term between 3 and 16 years.
