Licensing Sub-Committee - Thursday, 27th November, 2025 10.00 am

The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Sub-Committee is scheduled to convene to consider an application for a new premises licence for Star Kebab House. Licensing Sub-Committee - Thursday, 23rd October, 2025 1.00 pm

The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Sub-Committee met to consider an application for a variation of a premises licence for Pizzetta, located at 22 Bute Street. The application requested permission to include an outside seating area as a licensed area, and to add the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises. The sub-committee was notified that relevant representations had been made concerning the application.

Full Council - Wednesday, 22nd October, 2025 6.30 pm

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea's Full Council met on 22 October 2025, and addressed the borough's medium-term financial strategy, adopted an updated local code of corporate governance, and approved changes to standing orders and the municipal timetable. Councillors also debated motions on pension fund investments in temporary accommodation, becoming a Borough of Sanctuary, street scene enhancements, changes to the Integrated Care Board[^2], and council tax waivers for terminally ill residents.

Licensing Committee - Thursday, 16th October, 2025 10.00 am

The Kensington and Chelsea Licensing Committee met to discuss and note the proposed revisions to the council's statement of licensing policy 2026-2031, which is required under the Licensing Act 2003. The committee reviewed feedback from a public consultation and considered amendments to the policy. The updated policy will be presented to the Leadership Team and then to the Full Council for adoption.

The Licensing Sub-Committee of Kensington and Chelsea Council were scheduled to convene to consider an application by Grandio Group UK and Europe Limited for a new premises licence for 201-207 Kensington High Street to operate as a brasserie sportive . The committee was to consider representations for and against the application, and determine whether to grant the licence, modify the proposed conditions, or reject the application.
