...to address the deteriorating condition of playground equipment and surfacing, the Executive approved the allocation of £900,000 from Strategic CIL funds & Commuted Sums Reserve and authorized a tender process for the refurbishment of four key playgrounds: Heatherside Recreation Ground, Frimley Green Recreation Ground, Camberley Park, and Woodend Road.

...to note the implementation of the decision to dispose of the Woodend Road Car Park, following agreement by the Scrutiny Committee, and to write letters to Surrey County Council and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation regarding future transport duties at Lakeside and car park management at Mindenhurst, respectively.

...to facilitate housing development at the Camberley Station site, the Executive approved delegating authority to the Head of Property and Economic Development, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Property and Economic Development and the Head of Finance, to enter into a lease agreement for the upper two levels of the Main Square Car Park with the long leaseholder of the Camberley Station site.

...to endorse the proposals within the Transformation Programme update report to meet the Programme savings target, noting that any unachieved or removed targets would need to be identified from an alternative source, and to note the comments from the Performance and Finance Scrutiny Committee.
