...to register as an Age-friendly Community, develop age-friendly plans based on examples like Leeds City Council, and work with local groups to create a local action plan that promotes inclusivity and reduces loneliness for all ages.

...to negotiate contracts with developers that prioritize resident-owned management companies for estate services and ensure transparency and accountability in community facility management, while also requiring early handover of infrastructure, developing a code of conduct for management companies, reviewing their performance, and facilitating communication between residents and management companies.

...to submit the Proposed Submission (Regulation 19) MK City Plan 2050 to the Secretary of State for Examination following the close of the Regulation 19 consultation, along with representations and other required documents, and to delegate authority to the Director Planning and Placemaking to make necessary minor amendments prior to submission.
