Short Term Extension to Operating Contract of Milton Keynes Waste Recovery Park (MKWRP)

From: Delegated Decisions - Tuesday 2nd September, 2025 6.00 pm - September 02, 2025

...to ensure the continued operation of the Milton Keynes Waste Recovery Park during the procurement of a new contract, the existing operating contract was extended by six months, from April 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, with delegated authority granted for a further extension of up to six months if needed, and a fuel supply agreement with West Northamptonshire Council was approved.
