...to recommend to Council to authorise the Group Head Neighbourhood Services to proceed with proposals to implement the Spelthorne Borough Council Off-Street Parking Places (Amendment No. 3) Order 2026, authorise the Group Head Corporate Governance to publish required notices, and authorise the Group Head Neighbourhood Services, in consultation with the Group Head Corporate Governance, to consider and address objections and amend the proposal if necessary, following public consultation.

Update to Climate Change Working Group Terms of Reference

...to better address the interconnected challenges of climate and ecological emergencies, the Committee approved renaming the Climate Change Working Group to the Climate and Nature Working Group, approved revised terms of reference, and referred the report to the Standards Committee for recommendation to Council for adoption in the Constitution.
