Implementation of County wide Sunday parking charges

...the Executive resolved to defer consideration of Sunday parking charges until parking policy principles are formally approved, while also setting Sunday parking tariffs to zero or a flat rate in car parks where charges currently do not apply or are set at a flat rate, respectively, and sealing the advertised Parking Places Order to address legacy omissions.
