The Licensing Sub-Committee of Hackney Council decided to modify the conditions of the premises licence for Molly Blooms on 18/11/2025. The decision included closing specific doors after 10 pm, keeping doors and windows closed during regulated entertainment, implementing an External Area Management Plan and a Dispersal Policy, making a contact telephone number publicly available, and installing a sound limiter if noise complaints are substantiated.

The Hackney Licensing Committee noted the report on Late Night Levy activities for Year 8, Quarter 2 and Quarter 3 on 13 November 2025. The report detailed income, training, engagement, the Hackney Nights portal, and policing and welfare initiatives. Hackney Nights will now offer specific training courses annually, including WAVE, Conflict Management, Naloxone, Domestic Violence, and ByStander training, with 50% off First Aid Training.

The Licensing Committee of Hackney Council on 16 July 2025 resolved to note and commend the Licensing Service Annual Report 2023/24 and 2024/25 to Council. The committee requested that all future reports include an explanatory paragraph detailing Massage and Special Treatment (MST) licences and their designated special areas.
