...to facilitate the redevelopment of the Maritime Gateway site, the Cabinet delegated authority to relevant Executive Directors to terminate or transfer the existing lease, grant a new 250-year lease to a newly formed Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), secure the Council's membership and participation in the LLP, and authorize the Council's financial contribution to the LLP as an interest-free loan, all aimed at delivering an innovation-led scheme focused on health, science, and engineering.
