...to approve match funding of £625,000 for the Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF) Round 3 initiative, enabling the delivery of additional temporary accommodation and a resettlement property to reduce homelessness and emergency accommodation costs, and to delegate authority for property investment details.

... to approve the Lane Rental Scheme application for review by the DfT, following a public consultation on the revised Lane Rental Network, and to delegate authority to the Director of Transport & Planning to implement the approved scheme, subject to DfT approval.

...to approve extending the age range of Valentine Primary School to include a school-based nursery for children aged 0-4 years, funded by a DfE capital grant of up to £119,000.
