...the Council agreed to make no changes to its school admission arrangements for 2027-28, except for reducing the Published Admission Number (PAN) of Rudyard Kipling Primary School to 30, Downs Junior School to 96, changing secondary school admission priorities to apply the sibling link regardless of catchment area, and altering the way waiting lists are operated.
