Here's a summary of the Redbridge Council cabinet meeting held on 13 November 2025. The Redbridge Council cabinet met on 11 September 2025, and among other things, agreed to apply to the Secretary of State for Transport to introduce a lane rental scheme, approved an extension to the agreement with Vision RCL for the delivery of leisure and culture services, and discussed the budgetary control report for Quarter 1 2025/26 which showed a forecast overspend of £42.033m. The cabinet also approved the Infrastructure Funding Statement 2024/25 and discussed recycling service changes.
