The Housing Revenue Account (HRA) business plan update was due to be considered by the cabinet at its next meeting on 3 November.

Councillors approved the extension of the borough's Public Space Protection Order[^2] (PSPO) and debated motions on community tensions and housing. A vote was held to dispose of the remaining agenda items, effectively ending debate on several motions.

The committee also discussed its work programme for the coming months.

Wandsworth Council

The Housing Overview and Scrutiny Committee met to discuss the housing services activity, the performance of housing associations, and the committee's work programme. Councillors heard that homelessness demand has increased sharply, and that the supply of properties is behind forecast. The committee agreed to note the work programme, with the contributions made during the meeting to be noted.
