Health and Wellbeing Board - Thursday 25 September 2025 10.00 am
The Wiltshire Council Health and Wellbeing Board met on 25 September 2025 to discuss a pharmaceutical needs assessment, Healthwatch Wiltshire's annual report, integrated care, mental health services and the Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre. The board was also scheduled to discuss the council plan.
Trowbridge Area Board - Thursday 18 September 2025 6.30 pm
The Trowbridge Area Board met to discuss a range of community safety and wellbeing issues, including updates from the Dorset and Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service, Wiltshire Police, and Community First, as well as considering grant applications and the reinvigoration of the Wiltshire Carers Champions. The Wiltshire Council cabinet met on 16 September 2025, and among the decisions made, the key topics discussed were the future of community based services, and a new approach to short breaks for children with additional needs. The cabinet also reviewed the financial position of the council, and agreed to land appropriations.
Staffing Policy Committee - Tuesday 2 September 2025 2.00 pm
The Staffing Policy Committee met to discuss several key HR policies and updates. The committee approved amendments to policies regarding compensatory rest, annual leave, and probationary periods, and also approved a new employee volunteering scheme policy.
