The Planning Sub-Committee of Hackney Council on Wednesday 05 March 2025 resolved to note the delegated decisions document for the period 25 January to 20 February 2025. Decisions made by delegated officers included granting consent for advertisement at 302 Seven Sisters Road, London N4 2AG, and granting permission for alterations at Sandringham Villa Alexandra Grove, N4 2LG. Other delegated decisions involved granting permission for tree works at various locations, including 14 Finsbury Park Road, N4 2JZ, and 6 Brand Close, N4 2LU.

The Planning Sub-Committee of Hackney Council decided to note the intention to complete a Unilateral Undertaking legal agreement under Section 106 of the Act on 05 March 2025. This agreement commits to meeting affordable housing provision targets for the New Homes Programme as a whole.
