The Wandsworth Council Local Pension Board met on 20 May 2025 to discuss updates from the Joint Pensions Committee, training on the valuation process, governance and pooling, pensions administration, the Chair's report for 2024/25, and risk management. The board was scheduled to review the agenda items and pass any comments or concerns to the Joint Pensions Committee’s next meeting. They were also expected to review the current risk register for the Pension Fund and agree on any changes.

This meeting considered a number of reports on the financial position of the Wandsworth Pension Fund, its investments, training policy, and a proposal for a new policy on reporting breaches.

The meeting also approved a package of reforms to the Council’s constitution, including new rules about which decisions are treated as “key decisions” and a new process for scrutinising Cabinet decisions.

The council approved the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Budget and Rent Setting 2025/26 and a number of amendments to the Council's Standing Orders, following the walkout of all Conservative Councillors after the refusal of a motion to bring forward a debate on the possible closure of Bradstow School. The council also noted a number of supplementary items.
