...to support the customer and digital transformation programme, the Cabinet approved the establishment of a transformation funding pot, initially from the budget strategy reserve, to pump prime capacity for delivering MTFS related transformation initiatives, with specific drawdowns to be approved by the Director of Resources in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Resources, and endorsed the Right Service, Right Place, Right Time principles for the Customer Services Transformation Programme.
