...to approve the draft Statement of Policy under the Licensing Act 2003 for consultation, extend the Special Stress Area to include the entirety of Upper High Street and Waterloo Road, and nominate and authorize the Principal Licensing Officer to make amendments to the policy wording in consultation with the Chair and Vice Chair.
