...to endorse the proposed Resident Engagement Strategy, designed to strengthen resident involvement in housing services, influence policies, and enhance communication, with any additional observations.

...to approve the proposed 2025/26 Work Programme, which includes scrutiny of topics such as the Annual Safeguarding Report, corporate performance data, the Resident Engagement Strategy, and regeneration of the Lakes and Cripps Estates, along with quarterly updates from BLMK and potential future topics like drug and alcohol service performance and affordable housing.

...to note reports on corporate performance data for public health and adult services, a voids update, and the council homes condition surveys procurement and programme, and to offer any recommendations to the Cabinet or Officers.
