Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Strategic Bidding Cycle 2024/25

From: Executive - Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 7.00 pm - April 01, 2025

As per the approved CIL governance arrangements, the Executive is delegated to approve bids for the allocation of Strategic CIL Funding, on the recommendation of the CIL Advisory Board, subject to an upper limit of £2.5m per individual award, above which approval reverts to Full Council. The Executive should consider the recommendations of the CIL Executive Working Group regarding the Strategic CIL bids received and make decisions.
