The Committee voted to refuse planning permission for a mixed-use development of student accommodation and affordable housing on Battersea Park Road, and to grant planning permission for the demolition of an industrial building on Lidden Road and its replacement with a new industrial building. The Committee also voted to grant planning permission for the construction of a new Renal Centre building at St George's Hospital.

The committee approved all 12 of the applications that were put before it, with the exception of a controversial application at 150a-170 Penwith Road and 2-8 Thornsett Road in Earlsfield, where councillors voted against the recommendation to approve the scheme.

The Council voted to note a report about an increase to Councillor allowances for information and approved a motion celebrating the Council's success in supporting social workers. The Council also voted against motions to exempt or compensate charities for the rise in Employer National Insurance Contributions, and to condemn the Council for failing to take action to end the protest on Riverside Walk in Nine Elms. The Council voted to accept a Conservative amendment to a Labour motion on compassion at Christmas.

The committee noted reports about the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Phase 2 Report, Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) for 2023-24, and the Borough Residence Forum's most recent meeting. The committee also supported recommendations to adopt a new Vulnerable Residents Policy and to delegate authority to officers to make bids for affordable housing grants.

Finally, the committee voted to note a report detailing progress against the Wandsworth Corporate Plan actions and key performance indicators relating to the committee's functions.
