Skills, Economy and Growth Scrutiny Commission - Monday 10 March 2025 7.00 pm

The Skills, Economy and Growth Scrutiny Commission received a presentation on the data underpinning the draft Hackney Economic Development Plan 2025-2030, and the plan itself. The Commission noted the presentation and asked questions of officers and Cabinet Members about the plan, and about the Council's plans for engaging with residents and businesses to discuss it.

Planning Sub-Committee - Wednesday 5 March 2025 6.30 pm

This meeting was about making planning decisions on three sites. The committee also received a report about the council's New Homes Programme. Additionally the committee were scheduled to review the minutes of their previous meetings and note planning decisions made by officers.

2025-26 Budget Setting, Council - Wednesday 26 February 2025 7.00 pm

This meeting was the last meeting of Hackney Council for the 2024/25 municipal year, and included a wide-ranging set of reports, a review of the proposed budget for 2025/26 and a number of motions submitted by the Green and Labour groups.

Skills, Economy and Growth Scrutiny Commission - Monday 17 February 2025 7.00 pm

The Skills, Economy and Growth Scrutiny Commission received a presentation on jobs and skills outcomes in Hackney. It also discussed the Economic Development Plan at its next meeting, and the Council's sustainable transport plans at its meeting in April.

Planning Sub-Committee - Wednesday 5 February 2025 6.30 pm

The Planning Sub-Committee was scheduled to discuss two planning applications, as well as a series of decisions that had been made by officers under delegated powers.
