From: Transport & Connectivity Policy Committee - Thursday, 20th March, 2025 5.00 pm - March 20, 2025

To seek approval to submit the Bedminster Bridges Outline Business Case (OBC) to the West of England Combined Authority (WECA) to secure funding to continue development of the project up to full business case (FBC) stage and subject to approval to take all steps required to accept and spend the funding, and to procure and award the necessary contracts for this project up to FBC (which may be over the key decision threshold), in-line with the procurement routes and maximum budget envelopes outlined in the report. To delegate authority to approve the subsequent FBC to the Executive Director for Growth and Regeneration in consultation with Chair of the Transport and Connectivity Committee.
