...to support the Newcastle Town Centre Business Improvement District's re-ballot, the Cabinet noted the requirements for operating the ballot and collecting the levy, acknowledged the BID Proposal and Business Plan for 2026-2031, expressed support for a successful ballot outcome, and authorized the Portfolio Holder for One Council, People & Partnerships to vote Yes on behalf of the Council's properties.

KIDSGROVE TRAIN STATION UPDATE

...to note the current Kidsgrove Station Project proposals, acknowledge the strategic importance of investing in the station for the Kidsgrove Town Deal, approve the revised scheme, and authorize the Deputy Chief Executive to vary the Grant Funding Agreement with East Midlands Railway to enable project delivery.

CREATION OF LYME PARK COUNTRYSIDE PARK
