Short term licence of Sidley Rec football pitch to Bexhill AAC Football Club

To seek approval to temporarily enter into a licence with Bexhill AAC for the maintenance of the football pitch at Sidley Recreation Ground for the period 1.12.24 when the Council's grounds maintenance of the pitch will cease up to the time practical completion is achieved for the new community 'hub' at which point the Council will enter into a licence with HOSCA for the on-going maintenance of the pitch together with a lease for the new building accommodating the associated changing rooms.
