To endorse a range of projects that seek to support vulnerable families where there are child protection concerns specifically i) the implementation of a North Wales Effective Child Protection model ii) implementation of NSPCC graded care profile 2 / RISK 2 and iii) a grant funded project to pilot Multi System Therapy where there are concerns relating to neglect and substance misuse.
