... to recommend forwarding the Council Tax Reduction Scheme 2026/2027 to the Council for agreement, maintaining the reduction applied to working age claimants at the same level as the 2025/26 scheme, continuing the Discretionary Discount Policy, and noting potential changes to the Pensioner National Scheme from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government.

...to note the Treasury Management activities for the six months to September 2025 and to agree to increase the Authorised limit to £793m and the Full Year Planned (Capital Financing Requirement) to £797.3m due to technical accounting changes and adjustments from external auditors.

...to note the Community Equipment Service Scrutiny Review Final Report and endorse its five recommendations, including amendments to recommendation four, as broadly accepted by the relevant Cabinet Member.
