Request for a Direct Award of the Domestic Property Disability Adaption Framework for the Provision of Level Access Showers and Shower over Baths

...to ensure continued service for domestic property disability adaptations, the Cabinet approved ending the current framework agreements on November 30, 2025, requesting an exemption from Contract Procedure Rules, approving a direct award to the current four providers under a one-year framework agreement from December 2025 to November 2026, and approving a 5% uplift to the current contract rates backdated from April 2025.
