...to address waste build-up caused by uncooperative management companies of flats, the Council resolved to continue proactive engagement, utilize enforcement powers, review and strengthen escalation processes, report on effectiveness, and inform residents of their rights.

...to provide a written response to a member of the public regarding potential school closures, particularly infant schools, and to consider the council's stance on lowering the voting age to 16 and lobbying for increased political education in schools.

...to adopt the Executive Scrutiny Protocol as an annex to the Overview and Scrutiny Procedure rules in the Constitution.

...to approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 16 July 2025 as a correct record, and to receive the Standards Committee Annual Report, make the West Bletchley Neighbourhood Plan, and to support motions regarding residential children's homes, fair child maintenance, restoring pride in Milton Keynes, and the Joy of Six Parental Leave Campaign.
