The Children and Families Overview and Scrutiny Panel of Worcestershire Council were scheduled to meet on Thursday 27 November 2025 to discuss children and young people's emotional wellbeing and mental health services, performance and budget monitoring, and the panel's work programme. During the meeting, councillors were expected to review performance data for education, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), and social care.
