The report seeks approval for the establishment of a Joint Committee by West Yorkshire Combined Authority to oversee the preparation of a Joint Development Plan Document (Spatial Development Framework) which on adoption would from part of the Local plan. The document would provide a high level commitment and strategic policies relating to the West Yorkshire Mass Transit system.
