To advise Members of the preparation of a revised Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and Section 106 Governance and Expenditure Framework (the Framework). The new framework is to supersede that previously adopted and last revised in 2020. The revision has been necessary to ensure that the framework remains the most appropriate and effective approach for CIL and S106 expenditure.
