The Cabinet of Plymouth decided... to approve the submission of Plymouth City Council's Local Government Reorganisation Proposal for Devon to the Secretary of State, delegating authority to the Chief Executive to make final changes before submission and, subject to Exeter City Council's agreement, to submit a joint proposal.
