Advisory Shareholder Sub Committee

The Advisory Shareholder Sub Committee has five members appointed by Governance, Audit and Standards Committee.  The purpose of the Sub Committee is to support and advise the Portfolio Holder for Resources and Personnel Policy and the Cabinet in it’s exercise of the Council’s function as the shareholder of the Council’s companies.
