i)
To enter into a £221,242 grant agreement
with Thrive Homes for funds to be released upon implementation of a
planning permission for the provision of 26 affordable homes on the
site known as the Former Meadowcroft Surgery, Jackson Road,

To release this funding from the ringfenced s.106
in the published Capital Programme budget of
