The
Leader:
(1)
APPROVED the addition to the Capital Programme of
£2.62m of s106 developer contributions in 2025/26, include
contributions of £1.53m in Health, £882,000 in
Transport and £211,000 in Open Spaces.

APPROVED the release of the above £2.62m
budget to progress the agreed s106 schemes.
(3)
AGREED to progress the Buckinghamshire Great Ouse
Natural Flood Management project and Property Flood Resilience
Feasibility Study, including release of £410k existing
capital budget, adding an additional £370k of external
funding from the Environment Agency for the project and a
feasibility study and re-allocate £40k from an unallocated
Flood Capital budget as a match funding contribution

from the existing Special School Places funding block to progress
proposals for the Chiltern Way Academy Trust
