Purpose

Paper for decision to release budgets via the
capital gateway process to enable projects to proceed to delivery.
Also to add a new project into the Capital Programme.

Content

The
Leader:
 
(1)   APPROVED the release of
£868k from the Capital Programme to fund the upgrade of CCTV
cameras.
 
(2)   APPROVED the release of
£250k from the Capital Programme contingency to fund
replacement Pay & Display machines in the Southern area of the
County.
