Purpose

Paper requesting release of capital funds to
progress the Flood Capital Programme over the 2024/ 25 financial
year. The paper also requests addition of three new projects onto
the Flood Capital Programme.

Content

The
Deputy Leader and Cabinet Member for Climate Change and
Environment, on behalf of the Leader: APPROVED the proposed changes
to the Capital Programme as outlined in Section 2.1 of the report,
including:

Addition of the Buckinghamshire (Thames) Natural Flood
Management: West Marlow and Tingewick projects, that will be funded by
re-allocation of the existing capital budget; and
 

·        
The release of £6.77m capital funding for the identified
projects on the Flood Capital Programme, as outlined in Section 2.3
of the report.
