Planning Sub-Committee

The Planning Sub-Committee supports its parent committee by considering any matters referred to it.   The Planning Committee, on 1st December 2022, requested that the South Canterbury development (Mountfield Park) be referred to the Planning Sub-Committee so that progress could be monitored.   It considers planning enforcement reports, and conducts any site visits requested by the main committee.   To view a more detailed terms of reference you can view our constitution from this web site
