Procedures Committee

  The purpose of this committee is to keep under review the operation of the Council’s Constitution, the Council’s standing orders, conventions, working practices and meetings calendar.   It also oversees civic arrangements, Councillors’ training and development, and makes recommendations with regard to Councillors’ allowances.
